At Rip Curl, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, including wetsuits and swimwear which must have hygiene seals intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
